We offer a variety of group fitness classes designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Whether you're looking for strength training, cardio workouts, or a dynamic mix of both, we have the perfect class for you.
A: Nope! We offer complimentary trial sessions for those interested in checking out our classes. It’s the perfect way to experience our coaching style, community vibe, and programming before committing.
A: That depends on your goals and schedule. Most members attend 2–3 classes per week for optimal results, balancing recovery and consistency. Our coaches can help you find the right rhythm for you based on your goals and lifestyle.
 A: All of them! Your AFS membership includes unlimited access to both our Strength Solutions and Fitness Solutions classes.
 A:  We cap class sizes to keep the experience personal and coached. Our semi-private model means you’ll be in a small group (typically 10–12 people), with plenty of individual attention from your coach.
 A: Each class is 60 minutes, just enough time to get an effective, coached workout in without it taking over your day.
