Strength Solutions: Personalized Group Strength Training

How Strength Solutions Works

Welcome to Strength Solutions, our premier large group strength training class designed to help you achieve your fitness goals in a supportive and dynamic environment. Think of it like blending the benefits of personal training while also having the energy of a supportive community.

Each member receives a tailored strength training program created by their Exercise Physiologist. We make sure to factor in your specific goals, health considerations, workout frequency, and personal preferences to design a plan that’s just right for you.

While your workout plan is individualized, the experience takes place in a supportive group setting, creating an environment of support and encouragement.

Lastly, our expert team of Exercise Physiologists there to proactively guide you through each routine. They ensure you perform exercises safely and effectively, providing demonstrations, correcting form, and helping you progress appropriately.

Why Choose Strength Solutions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is Strength Solutions?

A: Strength Solutions is our personalized strength training class, designed to help you meet your health and fitness goals. You’ll follow a custom plan written by an exercise physiologist while working out in a group environment, coached every step of the way.

A: It offers the same level of individualization, but in a group format. You get expert programming, oversight, and accountability, with more flexibility and a lower price point.

A: Absolutely. We customize your plan based on your fitness level, goals, and any injuries or limitations.

A: Most members train 2–3x per week, depending on their schedule and goals. Your Health Coach will help you build a routine that fits your lifestyle and supports your progress.

A: Yes…but not in the way you think. Strength training is the most effective way to increase muscle tissues, which supports leaner body compositions for the long haul.  Given that muscle mass is more “metabolically active” tissue, you’ll expect to burn more calories at rest. Plus, it helps preserve strength and mobility as you age.

A: Yes, in fact all exercise (and movement for that matter) burns calories.  We encourage members to reframe their relationship with strength training (and all exercise for that matter) to directly impact health & function such as strength, mobility, aerobic fitness, etc., more than anything.  We wrote a blog titled Strength Training: The New Cardio Revolutions that covers the emerging benefits of strength training.  Give it a read!
