Strength Training is a 1-hour class where you use your customized workout to improve muscular fitness such as strength, muscle mass, and function. Multiple degreed and nationally certified Fitness Coaches provide oversight to ensure you’re performing exercises safely and effectively. Our clients refer to this class as “group personal training.”
Circuit Training is a high-energy, 1-hour class that is led by a degreed and nationally certified Fitness Coach. Each day provides a unique and different workout including cardio and strength-training components backed by handpicked tunes to keep you moving, burning calories, and improving your body composition. Every movement has 3 modification options for all experience levels.
Biocircuit™ is a 26-minute smart machine workout which remembers the work you perform, and adapts to your posture. All you need to do is check-in at the kiosk and follow the directions, perform the workout and you’re on your way to another level of results. Our members love this convenient option as a supplement to their strength programs.
Adam has certainly put me back on track with exercising on a regular basis. He helped me establish goals that were realistic and took into consideration all the other factors I have in my life such as raising two teenagers and working full-time. Most importantly, Adam has given me guidance with implementing a few healthy habits in my daily life which I believe has had the greatest impact on my fitness journey.
Following a couple difficult arthroscopic surgeries, I had lost focus on my health and wellness. I just wasn’t able to sustain any recovery effort prior to the my AFS program. The metrics, accountability and know-how that come with my program were pivotal in building the momentum I needed to get back in shape, and to enjoying working out again. Blake [my fitness coach] worked with me from getting started and in a routine, to a mix of more challenging exercises that work for me. All the AFS trainers and staff provide great support and encouragement. I would recommend AFS to anyone for anyone that needs extra attention in getting going or leveling up.
Thanks to the incredible support, and direction, I receive when I work out at AFS. AFS has helped me in numerous ways. The most obvious, to me, is that I’m feeling stronger and certainly more flexible. As an older person it’s essential that I stretch, build muscle and maintain flexibility (and balance) and all of the workouts that Patrick [my fitness coach] has designed for me incorporate exercises that assure those things will happen. I couldn’t be any happier with the direction I receive from all the trainers. I sometimes marvel at how small movements, done correctly, can make a huge difference in a particular exercise whether it be one that focuses on strength, balance or flexibility. My AFS program played a vital role in my fitness success as it offered me a platform to receive nutrition feedback, strength training advice, and accountability.
