Adam has certainly put me back on track with exercising on a regular basis. He helped me establish goals that were realistic and took into consideration all the other factors I have in my life such as raising two teenagers and working full-time. Most importantly, Adam has given me guidance with implementing a few healthy habits in my daily life which I believe has had the greatest impact on my fitness journey.
Following a couple difficult arthroscopic surgeries, I had lost focus on my health and wellness. I just wasn’t able to sustain any recovery effort prior to the my AFS program. The metrics, accountability and know-how that come with my program were pivotal in building the momentum I needed to get back in shape, and to enjoying working out again. Blake [my fitness coach] worked with me from getting started and in a routine, to a mix of more challenging exercises that work for me.
