You’re Invited To Our Workshop!

Carb Confusion

It’s a debate creating almost as much friction as the recent political divide in our country.. To carb or not to carb, that is the question! Or is it? Does it have to be all or none? Are there such things as good carbs? If so, what makes it good vs bad? Is cutting out all carbs beneficial? Do we need carbs to survive? Can we be happy without carbs? This is our most controversial, yet entertaining workshop yet and you’re invited to join us in separating the fact from the fallacy and the fruit from the french fry!

Tuesday, July 11th at 6:30pm, Applied Fitness Solutions – Rochester Hills

Join AFS CEO & exercise physiologist Mike Stack for a FREE workshop where he’ll give you the tools to understand the truth about carbs and answer any and all questions in the realm of Carbville. As you can see below, it’s going to be a packed house, so make sure to RSVP early.
