What motivated you to start at AFS?

I started to notice that I was feeling weaker than usual, I wanted to improve my overall strength and focus on weight loss. I went and met with the friendly staff at AFS and I immediately knew this is where I belong. 

What keeps you coming back to AFS?

 There is such a positive vibe at AFS, everyone is so welcoming and genuine. I would have to say that the atmosphere is what keeps me engaged and it has helped me create a healthy habit of exercise. 

What has been the most rewarding part of your experience?

Before coming to AFS I was exercising regularly and dieting, but I wasn’t seeing the results I was seeking. Since being at AFS, I have seen progress in a very short amount of time and that progress continues to surpass my expectations.  The way my practitioner holds me accountable with nutrition and exercise schedule is second to none. 

What advice would you give to others looking to start at AFS?

 If I were to give advice to someone about AFS, it would have to be… just come in and try it! If you give yourself the chance to reach your goals, they will guide you the rest of the way.
