Zoe is the Running Coach for Applied Fitness Solutions. She started running after having her boys in an effort to regain her personal time. Over time, she went from running a couple of miles and 5k races to half and full marathons. She participated in the 2007 Columbus Marathon, 2008/2010 Boston Marathons and more than 15 half-marathons since! She attributes her accomplishments to hard work, her exercise programs and training with serious, like-minded runners.
