Off ice training: One Month Update
Hello Rochester hockey families! We’re one month into training and wanted to take some time to check in with you. As you’ll see in the video, Jared and our team at the Onyx have been working hard to keep the workouts interesting and effective. Parent Workouts Now Available!
Much to our delight, we had a significant amount of parents approach us this past few weeks to inquire about taking advantage of the new training center for themselves! Now that we’ve got the schedule ironed out, we’re excited to announce that: YES we have opportunities for you guys 🙂

Parent Punch Card
What is it? We came up with this option to make the process of getting involved as convenient as possible. We’re going to be running 60 minute workout classes 4 nights per week (see below for times) for all fitness levels. The workout will be a mix of cardio and strength training aimed at all aspects of general fitness. And yes, there will be music!
Parent Workout Times
Monday & Wed: 8:15-9:15
Tues & Thurs: 7:45-8:45
Cost & Sign Up (8 for $88)
The parent punch cards are good for 8 drop in classes (detailed above) and expire after two months. Don’t worry, we’ll bug you to make sure you’re making your workouts! Worried about that expiration period? If sickness or travel comes up, just talk to us (we’re human too).
