Thank you for every step up, step down, squat, marching squat, sumo squat, lunge, crunch, twist, turn, push up, push down, bird dog, plank, sled press, leg press, bench press, lat pull, ankle hop, overhead press, chest press, mountain climbers, up down, row, tricep extension and on and on and on.
We simply could not have hiked all over Machu Picchu for 2 full days without your conditioning program behind us!!
