Rob with Spike from Mojo in the Morning! The guy he heard about us from 🙂

Name: Rob Wiedling

Start Date:  8/11/2015

Fitness Practitioner: Chris Eskin

Results To Date: 13lbs of fat lost in 44 days

1) How did you hear about AFS?

Initially I drove by the Plymouth location everyday on my way to my massage office. However I always hear Spike on 95.5 (mojo in the morning) talk about AFS.

2) What/Who inspired you to take the first step toward getting in shape?

I’m always telling my clients to be healthy and focus on being healthy along with exercise. But I never took my own advice. I had been working out with a personal trainer for a while but still being a poster child for the fast food nation haha. So I finally said it’s time to make a change!

3) What initially intrigued you about our program/why did you sign up?

I am not a self motivated person. I really need structure and direction. I get both from my practitioner Chris on a weekly basis, not to mention his sincere support. Food logging with an app also sounded interesting to me.

4) How did you achieve the success you’ve seen thus far?

The fat secret app is so easy to use and takes all the guess work out of what I can eat and how much. Also, knowing I am paying for this every month and having someone counting on me to meet my goals is a great motivator.

5) What changes have you noticed in your life since starting with AFS?

My energy is up. My sleeping is better. My clothes fit comfortably. Most importantly my wife has begun using the fat secret app and is now focusing on a calorie goal with me every day. Doing it together really helps 🙂

6) Advice you can offer others looking to make changes you’ve made?

You hear it all the time. “it’s a lifestyle choice” but it really is that, a choice. Everything you choose to put in your mouth is a choice. Asking yourself if you should get up to make it in for the last class on a beautiful Saturday afternoon is a choice. It starts and ends with YOU! Put your workout pants on one leg at a time and just take the first step! GO GET IT, YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!
Great work so far Rob! Glad you had your radio on!
