1. How did you hear about AFS?

I heard about AFS from my friend, Frederique Laubepin.

2. What/Who inspired you to take the first step toward getting in shape?

I have been an exercise person my whole life, but hearing about this program and actually becoming a member helped me in getting in the best shape of my life!

3. What initially intrigued you about our program/why did you sign up?

The program sounded very appealing to me, because it was so different compared to other programs that I have tried before.  The most important part and the success of my program was the accountability aspect.

4. How did you achieve the success you’ve seen thus far?

By being very disciplined and committed to the program, also the help that I have had from my Fitness Practitioner, Jen Fuller.

5. What changes have you noticed in your life since starting with AFS?

I feel less tired and have become more energetic and the most obvious changes that my clothes fit better!

6. Advice you can offer others looking to make changes you’ve made?

Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see the results immediately. Push through all of the hard times because the outcome is so much more worth it!
