1) How did you hear about AFS?
Kevin Ackley, who we have known for 15 years, raved about AFS so we decided to see what it was all about!
2) What/Who inspired you to take the first step toward getting in shape?
Our hectic schedule made it difficult to stay in shape, so we decided to try AFS after Ying’s last pregnancy to try and get her back to pre-pregnancy shape!
3) What initially intrigued you about our program/why did you sign up?
We love the Weight Loss Solutions program. We like the structure of the class and the group atmosphere, plus we don’t have to think about programming our own workouts when we come in!
4) How did you achieve the success you’ve seen thus far?
We try to motivate and support each other in every aspect of our own fitness journey. We make the most out of every workout by pushing each other to give our best effort every time we are at AFS!
5) What changes have you noticed in your life since starting with AFS?
We enjoy the new friends we’ve met at AFS and the group camaraderie that exists between all of the members. We were then even more excited to discover that many AFS clients frequent our businesses! We see them at our market and restaurant, which has made our lives more joyous 🙂
6) Advice you can offer others looking to make changes you’ve made?
Like any other activity that is worthwhile, it requires commitment and dedication, but knowing that the changes you make will lead to a happier and healthier you (to share with family and friends)Â should be your motivation!
Paul and Ying, you guys always bring a smile to everyone’s faces 🙂
