1) How did you hear about AFS?

My daughter’s skating coach is a client here and she mentioned you guys were at a Special Olympics event at the Ice Cube.

2) What/Who inspired you to take the first step toward getting in shape?

Getting older and realizing that if I don’t do it now, when would I?

3) What initially intrigued you about our program/why did you sign up?

I did a similar style of exercise years ago and really enjoyed it, so when I found out about AFS I thought it would work for me.

4) How did you achieve the success you’ve seen thus far?

My friends the other day asked me what my secret was. I said, duh, there is no secret. Just eat less, exercise more. Tracking my food intake has been eye opening and vital to my success so far.

5) What changes have you noticed in your life since starting with AFS?

My appearance changed from all of the weight loss and getting more fit has improved my hockey performance!
