Take It to the Streets!

Summertime is here and we want to get out and get active! The AFS Rochester crew is here to hold you to maintaining your fitness goals through summer! Join us for a FREE outdoor pop-up workout this weekend!
All summer long we’ll be teamed up with local charity KIDZ KARE for our fun outdoor events so you’ll have the option to share the love and make a donation, but don’t feel obligated this time around!

Saturday – 7:30am at AFS Rochester’s Side Parking Lot!

Let’s get outside and enjoy our Michigan summer! We’re running a 60 minute full body circuit workout with ropes, slam balls, dumbbells, agility ladder, bands, and med balls… There may even be a surprise in store as well!  We’ll have intensity options at every station so all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged. Will there be music?! OF COURSE!!

Share the Fun!

Grab a friend and meet us at our side parking lot this Saturday! But first, be sure to RSVP below because we can only accept the first 25 registrants.

Donations Are Welcome!
