Born and raised in a close family out of Detroit, Idalis has a very personal connection to the fitness industry. After seeing some of her family members deal with poor health, she’s determined to use health and fitness to better others’ quality of life. Idalis maintains an active lifestyle whether it’s playing basketball and golfing with friends, running with her dog, or in powerlifting competitions, hyrox or marathons. She loves to learn about the mind and body and how they’re connected.
Idalis has her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Central Michigan University and a Masters in Exercise Physiology from Oakland Michigan University.
