Ann Arbor Running Company and Applied Fitness Solutions invite all runners, cyclists, and triathletes to join us for a FREE workshop on how to decrease muscle soreness, improve recovery, increase speed, and avoid “hitting the wall.” Sometimes you start out with the best intentions, but come upon a motivation and improvement plateau. As we make our way into warmer weather, we want you to be well equipped to begin and maintain your training schedule! Michael Stack is founder and CEO of Applied Fitness Solutions. In addition to his duties with AFS, Michael is formerly the educational events director for StrengthPro, Inc. and is a former co-chair of the Arnold Strength Training Summit. Mike has lectured to and worked with a diverse population in respect to all aspects of health, fitness, and human performance including marathon, triathlon, and ironman prep coaching.
