Meet Davie Campbell!
She just started with us last month!

What motivates you to come to class?
I think the fact that the classes are fun and different would be my main motivator. The gym members and instructors are friendly and it offers a nice change of pace from working out by myself. The instructors are willing to challenge me and it starts my day off feeling like I’ve accomplished something great.

What excites you most about starting your journey with AFS?
I finally feel like I’m at a place where I belong! It’s a place where people care about your journey to a healthier life and makes you feel accountable about your goals. The staff makes it easier to stay on track by helping you with every step and keeping a close eye on your progress.

When not at work or AFS, what do you like to do in your free time?
Travel/exploring. I love to find new brunch places on Sundays in the city.
I also love checking things off my bucket list. I’m currently trying to visit every NFL stadium and I’m also checking off bungee jumping this summer in Canada!
I’m a pretty good cook too and love spending time in the kitchen! I’ve recently started trying to take different recipes and make them healthier. Last week I made a pork rind chicken parm with zucchini noodles.

If you could make one food become 0 calories, what would it be?
No doubt, chocolate chip cookies. Home baked, 0 cal chocolate chip cookies.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
Most definitely teleportation. I love to travel and that would be an easy way to see the world. You know, since I already have super strength!! 😉
