IMG_4170Meet Shannon Sexton!
She started in February!

What motivates you to come to class?

My wedding in October and feeling good in that wedding dress! Long term? My health and feeling great in my own skin!

What excites you most about starting your journey with AFS?
What excites me the most is being ready for the change. There’s only so much other people can say to encourage or motivate you before you decide to make a change. To make your life better.  And that’s what AFS offers.

When not at work or AFS, what do you like to do in your free time?
I love spending time at the lake house with my fiancé, family, and puppy. Nothing better than summer time: Blue, beachin’, and boatin’
If you could make one food become 0 calories, what would it be?
Buffalo wings, mac n’ cheese, and nachos… Oh wait did you just say one?? 😉

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

To breathe under water! No place I’d rather be than in the water

IMG_4313Meet Cyndy Jankowski !
She also started last month!

What motivates you to come to class?

My belly fat!

What excites you most about starting your journey with AFS?

The varied routine you offer.  I am a very scheduled person, and I like being surprised with my workouts, and not having to think about them.  No matter what fitness level the participants in class are, we ALL get a great workout!   I could not be happier with my experience at AFS!

When not at work or AFS, what do you like to do in your free time?
I don’t have “free” time; I am on a local school board, my kid plays travel baseball, I commute 22 miles to work every day, what makes me happy?   Dancing to some good music, having dinner with good friends, spin class.

If you could make one food become 0 calories, what would it be?
I am gluten free and lactose intolerant.  A good 6 oz. filet mignon, medium rare.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

I am afraid of the water.  I would like to be an amphibian wonder!

We can always count on you guys to have a great time 🙂
