Liv is one of the athletes of the AFS family; as a guard on the varsity team at University of Michigan-Dearborn, Liv’s a senior who’s going for her Bachelor’s of Arts in Criminal Justice–but she also wants to get a Kinesiology afterwards. As an integral part of the front desk management team, Liv’s responsible for helping all clients with any membership issues, signing into class, checking people out for appointments, and making sure all those nitty gritty paperwork details are taken care of. She’s also on the way to becoming our next fitness instructor, so be on the lookout for Liv in class!
Why did you choose AFS?
In general, I really like the gym atmosphere and, when I saw what AFS was all about, I knew it was completely different. That was really interesting to me, especially how we emphasize the client-practitioner relationship as a key to each of our client’s success. I also like how all of the classes are customized to be very specific to what people are trying to do to meet their goals.
What can you be found doing outside of AFS?
You can find me working out, playing basketball, hanging out with my friends and family.
Favorite cheat meal?
Cheese and pep pizza. Easy. Can’t get better than that.
