What Got you into Fitness?
Although I don’t work out as much as I should, I enjoy working in a sport like setting. My other job aside from this one, I teach children how to swim and it can be very rewarding. So in a nutshell, helping others accomplish their goals is what got me into fitness. It brings me great happiness to assist! 🙂
Who Is Your Biggest Inspiration?
What’s Your Guilty Pleasure?
My guilty pleasure would definitely be any kind of Oreos. When they are around, there is no going back.. Unless I catch a glimpse of Chipotle. Those burrito bowls are amazing. 😛
Favorite Quote:
What Does Family Mean To You?
Family to me means they are the backbone and support system behind you. they stand with you on all decisions you make whether they are big or small. For me, it means to feel secure, to have someone who you can count on, who shares your problems.the people who accept you no matter who you are, where there’s no hatred or judgment. 🙂
Proudest Accomplishment
My proudest accomplishment would have to be keeping up with 2 jobs. I would also say becoming a master instructor at the swim school. Originally, I wasn’t supposed to go through the training and it was supposed to be a “let’s see if you can do this” and I worked very hard to get there by going through intensive training and putting in the hours. It has helped me become a leader and spread my knowledge to those who want a different view on how to do things in the water.
What would You Sing In Karaoke?
At karaoke night I would definitely sing anything by Adele, I will always love you by Whitney Houston, or anything my Celine Dion. I might not sound as good as them but I would try. 🙂
If You Had To Eat One Meal The Rest Of Your Life?
If I could eat one meal for the rest of my life it would be macaroni and cheese. because you can always mix it up! I like variety, so I mix different cheeses or just add whatever I am in the mood for! 🙂
