What Got you into Fitness?
I always felt I was able to easily connect with people and help them in anyway that I could. I felt that combining two things I’m passionate about would not only help myself grow as a person, but provide a way that I could always help those who are seeking it.
Who Is Your Biggest Inspiration?
What’s Your Guilty Pleasure?
I’d say my guilty pleasure is a bag of 20 cheese only pizza rolls. So much so, that I barely wait for them to cool off before I eat them!
Favorite Quote:
Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”
― Bruce Lee
What Does Family Mean To You?
In a word, family means support. To have a support system behind you throughout your life is something very special and should be appreciated, despite any turmoil that may be present. You only get one family in your life and it is important to support one another in their best and at their worst. 🙂
Proudest Accomplishment
My proudest accomplishment is graduating college and getting into a Masters program. It’s something that has taken a lot of hard work and discipline to do and I know it will take me very far in my future.
What would You Sing In Karaoke?
I would probably sing Wanted Dead or Alive by Bon Jovi
If You Had To Eat One Meal The Rest Of Your Life?
I’m a huge seafood lover so it would have to be this little dish from and Italian restaurant in Plymouth called Nico & Vali. It’s a seafood angel hair pasta with scallops, shrimp, octopus, muscles, and clams in a red wine sauce.
