What got you into fitness?

Being overweight when I was younger. When I started to play basketball and lose weight my overall confidence grew so I added in weight lifting as well.

 

Who’s your biggest inspiration?

Captain America because he always knows right from wrong and sticks up for the little guy.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Pizza!! No matter what my diet is, somehow I always end up eating pizza at some point =)

What does family mean to you?

The family is huge! Family is there for you during your weakest moments and embraces you during your strongest moments.

Proudest accomplishment?

Dropping a lot of weight between the age of 20-23 years old. I was a heavier kid when I was younger so getting slim was huge for me.

What would you sing in Karaoke?

Freesol- Seven Lions 😛

If you had to eat one meal the rest of your life?

Philly Cheesesteaks

What’s your experience at AFS been like so far?

My experience so far has been outstanding! I’ve met an amazing staff/family as well as many clients. I can’t want to see what else is in store for me here =)
