Agent Of Change Since 2017

What got you into fitness?

I have always been physically active growing up, playing multiple different sports, but my main focus through high school was soccer. I played 3 years of varsity soccer. After high school, I wanted to continue playing soccer, but after one semester at a local community college, I was in a severe car accident that changed my life completely. Long story short, through months of rehab and the assistance from hospital employees, I developed a passion to get involved in a field where I could help others achieve something they may not have thought was possible.

What is your favorite cheat meal?

Sushi is my all time favorite cheat meal, especially spicy California rolls 😉

Who is your biggest inspiration?

My biggest inspiration is a good friend of mine named Jay, we get together and just bring the best out of each other and strive to be the best we can be!

What would be your main karaoke song?

Highway to hell – AC/DC

What is a fitness goal you have?

Being able to successfully complete a half triathlon. It is a humbling experience to see various fitness levels come together and work hard to cross that finish line!

How do you motivate someone?

I remind them that the only way to get stronger, both physically and mentally, is to work outside of their comfort zone. Most people are much stronger than they think they are. They have to choose to change their mind to let that physical strength come through.
