Tyler is an intern at Applied Fitness Solutions. He is currently a senior at Eastern Michigan University, studying Exercise Science. He was a three sport athlete in high school; After experiencing a baseball injury, he developed an interest in exercise and rehabilitation. Tyler likes to focus on helping people exercise properly, particularly after injury.

Ashley is part of Administrative Staff at Applied Fitness Solutions. She is currently a senior at the University of Michigan, studying Movement Science through the School of Kinesiology. Ashley has played soccer most of her life and has a passion for fitness and health. She loves spending time with the kids at AFS and in the future, hopes to continue working with children.

Andi is part of the Administrative Staff at Applied Fitness Solutions. She is currently a senior at the University of Michigan, studying History and Art History. She moved here from Connecticut to attend Michigan and was a coxswain for Michigan’s Varsity Women’s Rowing team for two years. After she graduates, she wants to work in Museums with her passion for history!
