Meet Seraphin Nicholson!
She started 3 weeks ago!
What motivates you to come to class?
Everyone is so friendly and supportive! Both the staff and members are so motivating and the classes are always fun and challenging. It’s also motivating to get feedback from the trainers and seeing results.
Free time is almost non-existent with a 20 month and 3 year old, but when I used to have free time, I loved to work on home renovation projects and travel.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

Meet Gabriella Hopson (Saputo) !
She started in January!
What motivates you to come to class?
Lots of things motivate me. Both my sister and my best friend motivate me as they have both reached their goals and push me along to get to my goal. Jennifer Lopez motivates me…one day it will happen, I will have her body! But, class is so fun that it doesn’t take much motivation to get there!
What excites you most about starting your journey with AFS?
AFS is the perfect fit for me. I love that it’s not just a gym. I have learned so much about healthy eating, nutrition and healthy weight loss. When I went in for my consultation I had no clue that food logging would be included in my plan. That to me is really exciting. I have done food logging before, but to have someone look at it with me really holds me accountable. I absolutely love the group fitness classes, combining weight training and cardio is awesome. It is different every class and the trainers/practitioners really know how to push you! The best part is being able to have that one on one time with your practitioner. Everyone is so motivating, the trainers and other members. There is no judgement. We are all there for different reasons and it doesn’t matter. It has been really comfortable to make AFS part of my weekly routine.
