Meet September London-Cramer!
She started last month!
What motivates you to come to class?
The accomplished feeling that I get after class is what motivates me to come. Working out in the morning sets my day up for success and I find I want to make better eating choices, drink more water and take the stairs after jump starting my day at the gym. When I work out in the evening I feel full of energy. That’s when I take the opportunity to grocery shop or clean! I have only been at AFS for a short time and I can already tell my body is applauding me for my efforts.Â
Haha, free time..
No, I’m kidding! When I have free time I like to catch up on relaxing by cooking, cleaning, reading, or watching some TV. I always enjoy spending time with my family, boyfriend and my friends on the weekend, it brings me back to reality after a long week of work.
I would definitely teleport. Is that even a superpower? Regardless, I would teleport.

Meet Davie Campbell!Â
She also just started in March!
What motivates you to come to class?
I think the fact that the classes are fun and different would be my main motivator. The gym members and instructors are friendly and it offers a nice change of pace from working out by myself. The instructors are willing to challenge me and it starts my day off feeling like I’ve accomplished something great.
What excites you most about starting your journey with AFS?
I finally feel like I’m at a place where I belong! It’s a place where people care about your journey to a healthier life and makes you feel accountable for your goals. The staff makes it easier to stay on track by helping you with every step and keeping a close eye on your progress.
