If you’ve been an AFS client for a while, you may remember that every spring we get together, put on matching shirts, and walk like maniacs 😉 That’s right! It’s time for the AHA Heart Walk and this year all your favorite members of the AFS fam are doing the walk with you!

Team Up With Your Trainer & Win
This year, the practitioners didn’t just want to show up and walk, they HAD to make it a competition…So we obliged to make it interesting! Here’s what’s gonna happen:
The trainer’s team who donates the most (say Chris Early for this example) will be able to watch innocently as the “losers” whose teams didn’t raise as much have to do the entire walk dressed as their favorite “junk” food.. That’s right guys, this is your chance to see Kemper Sosa Donut and Sawyer Paull Baird Pizza Slice waddle their way to the finish line!

Everyone who participates will be getting an exclusive AFS Heart Walk T-shirt that we can wear proudly as a family on the day of the race. Think flashmob without the choreography 😉 All you have to do is follow your practitioner’s link below and donate $25 when you register for the walk.
