Why do you work at AFS? AFS is a special place! Other gyms don’t do what we do from setting individualized calorie goals, working with orthopedic issues, and even writing workouts to do outside of here, etc. I drive from Novi and it’s definitely worth it! Plus we have GREAT clients 🙂
