Meal Prep Made Easy

We are pleased to announce that Applied Fitness Solutions is now a designated pick-up location for FitfoodsRx!

Since 2014 FitFoods Rx has taken pride in preparing healthy, nutritious meals that taste great to help people reach their health and fitness goals.

The FitFoods story started with Ken Jackson, IFBB professional bodybuilder, trainer, and owner of Jax Fitness in Shelby township. Ken has always had a passion to help people feel and look their best, so naturally he instills the importance of proper nutrition within his clients and colleagues. It started with him creating a healthy menu at a local restaurant, which was an instant success.  With demanding schedules and busy lifestyles, he realized the need to create a hassle-free, convenient way for people to eat well balanced, nutrient dense food.  He decided to turn his idea into a brand that could help everyone from an elite athlete to a person trying to maintain weight or lose a few pounds.  Fit Foods RX eliminates the hassle of shopping, counting calories and preparing meals while not compromising on freshness, taste, or quality.

Offering pick-up twice weekly or delivery, with a long list of healthy and delicious options, FitFoods Rx is a great option for busy parents, business people, and anyone who might not always have the time to do their own meal prep.

“Usually when your work gets backed up and you’re short on time it means you’re hitting drive throughs and protein bars, but with FitFoods Rx they deliver our meals right to the gym and I don’t have to worry about my health suffering when things get hectic.”- Jared Freeman (AFS Rochester owner).

We rarely endorse products because at AFS we want to empower people to accomplish things on their own, but the FitFoods Rx option is an excellent solution for the times in life where life truly gets in the way. Click the button below and check out all of their options!
