Her story

A little about Morgan.

Morgan holds a master’s in Exercise Science and is a Certified Personal Trainer who brings a careful, evidence-based eye to everything she programs. Like every EP at AFS, she designs a personalized plan for each member, shaped by their goals, their abilities, and the way they like to train.

Away from the floor, strength is personal. Morgan is a former collegiate powerlifter who still competes today, and she owns Great Lakes Power & Performance. Training hard herself means she understands the work she asks of others, from the first nervous rep to the days when progress feels slow. Her background also spans the Chelsea Wellness Center, physical therapy clinics, chiropractic settings, and performance gyms, so she pays close attention to how a program treats your joints while it builds you up.

Her reason for coaching is close to home. Her grandfather was one of the most influential people in her life and shaped her belief in health, strength, and longevity. That belief still drives her: helping people build bodies that support the lives they want to live, now and for years to come.

Your program

What a plan from Morgan looks like.

Your plan arrives in your workout app, and the EP team on the floor helps you carry it out. Behind it is Morgan, building each phase around you.

  • Built around you. Every plan starts with your goals, your abilities, and the exercises you like doing.
  • Adjusted as you go. As your body adapts and the work starts to feel easy, the plan shifts in stages so you keep progressing.
  • Grounded in science. Her choices come from exercise science and clinical training, not passing trends.
  • Made for the long run. The goal is a body that supports your life for years, and every phase points toward it.
