His story

A little about Logan.

Logan holds a bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a master’s in Public Health from the University of Michigan, with a focus on health behavior and health education, and he is a Registered Exercise Physiologist. He brings that wider view of wellbeing to the coaching floor. His background spans research, wellness program design, and community health work, all pointed at one thing: helping people use movement to take control of their health.

Like every EP at AFS, he builds each member a plan around their goals, abilities, and the way they like to train. That mix of curiosity and calm tends to be the first thing members notice, and it carries straight into how he coaches.

Logan is at his best in nature, whether he is taking on a tough hike or recharging with family and friends. When he is not coaching or out on the trail, you will probably catch him listening to hip hop or reading up on health policy.
