Her story

A little about Kristin.

With more than twenty-five years in health and fitness, Kristin brings depth and a steady hand to every member she works with. Her experience runs across hospital-based programs, corporate wellness, commercial fitness, and community health, which gives her a wide view of what helps people build lasting strength and confidence.

Kristin holds a master’s in Kinesiology and is a Certified Personal Trainer. As a mom of five, she knows the real-world juggle of work, family, and looking after yourself. Like every EP at AFS, she builds each member a plan around their goals and abilities, made to fit into a life rather than compete with it.

At her core, Kristin believes we do not train only to get stronger, we train to live well: carrying groceries with ease, keeping up with grandkids, staying steady on our feet, and holding onto independence for years to come.
