His story

A little about Chris.

Chris is the longest-tenured member of the AFS team, part of our community for more than twelve years. Like every EP at AFS, he builds each member a plan around their goals and abilities, and his years here mean he knows this place, and the people in it, about as well as anyone can.

Expect to see Chris everywhere. From the front desk to patching a hole in the drywall, there is not much he has not had a hand in to keep the community running. That same care carries into his coaching, where a long career in health and fitness helps members work toward better health.

Away from AFS, Chris spends his time with his husband Adam and their dog Vincent, and loves weekend getaways to the west side of the state to visit his nieces and nephews.

Your program

What a plan from Chris looks like.

Your plan arrives in your workout app, and the EP team on the floor helps you carry it out. Behind it is Chris, building each phase around you.

  • Built around you. Every plan starts with your goals, your abilities, and the exercises you like doing.
  • Adjusted as you go. As your body adapts and the work starts to feel easy, the plan shifts in stages so you keep progressing.
  • Grounded in experience. More than a decade in health and fitness shapes the choices behind your program.
  • Made for the long run. The goal is a body that supports your life for years, and every phase points toward it.
