Conquering Menopause!

This event was held on Tuesday, January 24th at 6:30pm, Applied Fitness Solutions – Plymouth

*Couldn’t make it in to the workshop? We got you covered. Check out Mike and Sharon’s powerpoint presentation for details and an outline on the following:

  • The science behind how menopause can negatively affect fitness and body composition
  • Diet and exercise strategies to combat the negative effects of menopause
  • Retake control of your fitness, body composition, and life!

As we age, our bodies adapt in ways that can be frustrating, especially when it comes to staying in shape. Bone density starts to dwindle, the metabolism seems to come to a sudden halt, and hormones start doing things that we’ve never experienced before. Luckily, hitting menopause doesn’t mean that we have to sacrifice our fitness… as long as you know what to do!

Join AFS Founder Mike Stack and Fitness Practitioner Sharon Beaudoin on Tuesday, January 24th in Plymouth to learn how to conquer all of those age-related changes that inevitably come to fruition during the middle-aged years.

If you’re a client, bring a friend and you’ll receive a free AFS T-shirt!
