1.) How did you hear about AFS?
I have multiple friends and co-workers who have been coming to AFS for a while. They always made it sound so fun, so I’ve always had an interest in joining!
2.) What/Who inspired you to take the first step toward getting in shape?
I wanted to get back into the shape that I was a year and a half ago. My body just wasn’t feeling great with some extra weight I had gained. I was inspired by my friend who made some fitness changes, and she encouraged me to switch up my routine and join AFS.
3.) What initially intrigued you about our program/why did you sign up?
4.) How did you achieve the success you’ve seen thus far?
5.) What changes have you noticed in your life since starting with AFS?
When I bought size 6 shorts when traveling to Arizona last March, there was a pretty big boost to the ego!! My confidence overall has increased but I just FEEL really great. I’m leaner and fitter than I have ever been, and am really proud of myself- which is the best part.
6.) What advice you can offer others looking to make changes like you’ve made?
It just has to be a desire to make change. Whether it is big or small, it has to be a choice to make a lifestyle change. My advice would be to give yourself a chance! Make the choice to eat well, log your food, and get the workouts in. When you have a bad day or two just accept it for what it is and get back at it!
Congrats Erin! We’d love some tickets to a Michigan Softball game 😉 GO BLUE!
