1.) How did you hear about AFS?
A friend who currently works out at AFS.
2.) What inspired you to take the first step toward getting in shape?
I’ve tried other programs and the results weren’t consistent so I needed help in a different way.
3.) What initially intrigued you about our program?
4.) How did you achieve the success you’ve seen thus far?
I have worked VERY closely with my practitioner, Carli. I followed her written workouts to perform outside as well as inside AFS. Carli and Mike have actually INCREASED my intake of calories without me gaining body fat through a calorie progression! Carli has been there to answer any question, share my accomplishments, and show me my progress when I felt discouraged. What I have found since I joined AFS is that I am ALWAYS moving forward.
5.) What changes have you noticed in your life since starting with AFS?
Since I’ve increased my protein level, my lean mass for one has increased, which has massively reduced my tiredness. Also, my eating habits are healthier. My understanding of proper exercise form has significantly increased my confidence to perform exercises without injuring myself. I am SO much happier about my body than I have ever been before.
6.) Advice you can offer others looking to make changes like you’ve made?
Congrats Debbi! Keep up the hard work!
