What is Camp Kesem?

Camp Kesem at the University of Michigan is a non-profit student organization supporting over 250 children from Southeastern Michigan through and beyond their parent’s cancer. Through year round support and a free week of summer camp, these children are provided with the opportunity to develop friendships with peers in a similar situation, build confidence, and have a week of fun away from the challenges they face at home. Because camp is 100% free to our campers, the generous support of donors is essential to continuing to grow and provide Camp Kesem to more and more children each year!

What are we doing?

AFS-Ann Arbor is hosting a charity workout to benefit Camp Kesem. For every $500 donated, one child can attend camp. We at AFS-AA are striving to raise $1,000 in order to send two kids to camp!

Oh, and, this is our last pop up workout of the year.
