We believe that doing our workouts in a group helps foster a supportive, motivating environment for our clients. But sometimes, being a group can be pretty intimidating (lots of people, working out when you’re not used to it, loud music, etc.), we get it.

That’s why we want to offer you the opportunity to do a class with your friends and family in a smaller class setting. Where most of our classes average around 15-20 people per class, we want you to bring people that you know to do a class of less than 10 people during any of the following times:

  • Monday-Thursday: 6pm-8pm
  • Saturday: 9am-1pm

For now, we’re going to ask our clients to invite their friends, family, co-workers, networking partners, and anyone else to come together for a small group fitness class taught by none other than the owner and manager of AFS Plymouth, Devin. If you can get at least 3 people to commit, we’ll block off the upstairs Weight Loss room and commit an hour to you and your group… all for FREE!
