I love Musical Theatre, I will do (and have done) some crazy things for tickets to a show on Broadway. I love kids, some of the most forgiving, funny, and compassionate people I know are under the age of 9! My degree is in music/elementary education and I was a teacher for 10 years. I love people, people are like snowflakes – no two are the same. I see beauty in the uniqueness and magic in the harmony when different people from different backgrounds come together for a single purpose.

WALL-E! Gosh, Pixar is amazing!
Favorite Cheat Meal:
Ice cream! And yes, ice cream can be a full meal if you do it right!
Biggest Fear:
Spiders, bees, and things stretched and pointed at my face (such as a rubber band!)
Hidden Talent:
I’m a classically trained opera singer!
Bucket List:
Travel! Italy, Greece, Israel, Australia… Yes please!
When I’m not at AFS:
I’m either at church or catching up on my DVR which is loaded with shows like Jimmy Fallon, Once Upon A Time, Grey’s Anatomy, and The Bachelorette.
Why I chose AFS:
AFS and I chose each other. The beliefs that AFS has just innately fit me, it just makes sense. To stumble on something like that doesn’t happen often. AFS cares about people, way beyond what society says they should. They care about the whole person, not just their physical health. Everyone here is extremely like-minded, always building each other up – it’s the front desk staff , the management team, the practitioners and the other clients. This is home.
