Hello everyone! We are happy to announce that for the second year in a row Applied Fitness Solutions has been chosen to man the mile 8 water station on the half marathon course of the 10th Annual Brooksie Way Race. This station is located on Tienken Rd. and Bridgestone between Livernois and Brewster.
Happy Helpers Wanted
We’re looking for 20 of the best and brightest AFS Volunteers to help us rock the water station! We’ll be holding signs, playing tunes, and encouraging the runners all morning long like only the #AFS crew can!
- Time Commitment: 7-11am (roughly)
- Free-T-Shirt Included!
- First 20 to volunteer will receive 2 free WLS classes & 2 hugs from Nate and Jared
