Meet Michael H.
He started in May!
What motivates you to come to class?
The fun quirky enthusiastic staff, the education I’m getting from small classes and the inspiring energy from large classes!
It’s amazing to be a part of a group that all works together to achieve a personal but common goal. The encouragement and support from the practitioners is absolutely out of this world! My personal practitioner, Austin, is a huge motivational factor! It’s great help when he gives me correct form tips and adjustments for certain exercises. That goes for all the trainers. It’s clear that the entire staff love what they do and treat each other and their clients like family. From support to funny pranks, it’s motivational to just simply be around the entire AFS team!
What excites you most about starting your journey with AFS?
Â
When not at work or AFS, what do you like to do in your free time?
I like to go on park adventures with my pup! My boy Dewey and I are also looking forward to entering in some dock jumping and agility competitions this year.
If you could make one food become 0 calories, what would it be?
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
If I could be a superhero I’d be The Incredible Dishwasher Man, with the superpower to snap my fingers and have all my dirty dishes clean and put away! My sidekick Laundry Girl would always be close by 🙂

I’m excited about having classes that challenge me and seeing how much I can improve.
