Your schedule’s tight, your sleep is scarce, and time to breathe comes about as often as the full moon.

Time seems to become more and more valuable and less available the more life goes on, so working out isn’t always the top priority. On one hand, you have the celebs and the ultra-wealthy that you see on Instagram that seem to have it all together; they have their own trainers, chefs, and regimented schedules- but what about the rest of us in the real world?
Contrary to popular belief, getting healthy doesn’t have to be an overly complex equation. With the right plan in place, you don’t have to give up everything you thought you’d have to in order to get (and stay) in shape. The key word here is CONSISTENCY.

Michael Stack is founder and CEO of Applied Fitness Solutions. In addition to his duties with AFS, Michael is formerly the educational events director for StrengthPro, Inc., and is a former co-chair of the Arnold Strength Training Summit. Mike has lectured to, and worked with a diverse population with respect to all aspects of health, fitness, and human performance including marathon, triathlon, and ironman prep coaching.
