MY180 is a 180-day program with an exercise physiologist, a registered dietitian, and a health coach all working on one plan built around you. When things go off track, your team notices. And they reach out.

Start with your Health Coach to set clear goals and assess your starting point. Then meet your Registered Dietitian to build a nutrition plan that fits your actual life, not a generic meal template.

Follow your custom exercise plan in our supervised classes. Your exercise physiologist watches your form, adjusts as you progress, and makes sure every workout is safe and effective. It's a welcoming space designed for people who are serious about their health, not competing for the squat rack.

Your team checks in regularly—and reaches out if you start to slip. We adjust your plan as life happens and keep you accountable so you actually see results.
My Health Coach has put me back on track with exercising on a regular basis. He helped me establish goals that were realistic and took into consideration all the other factors I have in my life such as raising two teenagers and working full-time. Most importantly, he has given me guidance with implementing a few healthy habits in my daily life which I believe has had the greatest impact on my fitness journey.
As a full time mom and full time worker, prioritizing my health was the last thing on my mind. This program not only provided me with the tools to change my health, but the endless support I so desperately needed. All the AFS coaches and staff provide a safe space for me to show up as myself. I would recommend AFS to anyone for anyone that needs extra attention in getting going or leveling up.
Thanks to the incredible support, and direction, I receive when I work out at AFS. AFS has helped me in numerous ways. The most obvious, to me, is that I’m feeling stronger and certainly more flexible. As an older person it’s essential that I stretch, build muscle and maintain flexibility (and balance) and all of the workouts that Patrick [my fitness coach] has designed for me incorporate exercises that assure those things will happen. I couldn’t be any happier with the direction I receive from all the trainers. I sometimes marvel at how small movements, done correctly, can make a huge difference in a particular exercise whether it be one that focuses on strength, balance or flexibility. The “vibe” in the workout space makes it a real pleasure to come to AFS. AFS has done a fantastic job of having superb people on their team and I congratulate them for that.
Having Anne as a coach throughout the onboarding process was invaluable. Having someone to be able to help me focus and hone my goals and put them into action set me up for success. She was able to work the program around an existing injury and actually provide movements and exercises to aid in the recovery. The staff at AFS is amazing and super knowledgeable. Everyone is super helpful in being available to answer questions, provide direction on form, and just being cheerleaders rooting me along..
The program has changed my life for the better in so many ways. It has given me confidence not only in myself, but in the gym as well. I needed a program that was tailored to my body and lifestyle, and that is exactly what I got with AFS. Blake worked with me to set realistic goals and worked closely with me along the way on achieving them. I used to dread going to the gym or trying a new fitness fad, but this program has helped me get back into the gym and continue to work towards my fitness goals.

What really stands out for me is the personalized service that I've received from all the staff at AFS. When I first joined I was poorly flexible, had little upper body strength, only fair endurance, and not much motivation. Being provided with an individualized workout plan made the exercise time so much more efficient and enjoyable. Much to my surprise I have improved in many areas, including flexibility, muscle strength, pain, and endurance. I now actually enjoy working out! Adam has pushed me in ways I didn't know I needed. I can do a 3 minute plank and touch my toes! My flexibility, strength and endurance continue to improve.
