More Than: A Journey of Self-Discovery

We live in a culture of “more.” Access to more information and more opportunities, but also more distractions. It’s so easy to get lost in the expectations of the surrounding world that sometimes we seem to lose sight of ourselves. Who are you with out distractions? 

Join us for a day of intentional movement as we connect with each other and reconnect with ourselves. This, our first ever sweat crawl is your opportunity to press pause, challenge your body, and recharge your soul.

Saturday January 4th, 1:00 pm-5:00 pm

The Details

The MoreThan sweat crawl will consist of 3 unique exercise experiences each with the specific purpose of aligning body and mind. Registration begins at 1 pm, where each participate will sign in and receive a swag bag containing an embossed AFS Journal and an event exclusive “I am more” T-shirt or tank.  The first class will begin promptly at 1:30 pm.  After we sweat and reflect, we’ll celebrate and enjoy some healthy snacks/drinks from our friends at Clean Juice of Rochester Hills!


Rev-up: Fitness Solution with Jared Freeman and Eileen Mcnally

1:30 pm – 2:15 pm (45 min)

Get your heart rate up and your endorphins flowing with Jared and Eileen.

Re-Connect: Mat Pilates with Vanessa Renzi of Pilates V

2:30 pm  – 3:15 pm (45 min)

Find purpose and connection in your movement from classically trained (and locally acclaimed) pilates instructor Vanessa Renzi.

Re-charge: Yin yoga with Eileen McNally

3:30 pm – 4:30 pm (1 hour)

Center yourself and take a breath as we unwind and exhale with Eileen.
