Meet Alex Kraft
Front Desk Coordinator – AFS Rochester
Agent of Change Since 2018
Hometown: Washington Twp., MI
Deciding the path I wanted to follow wasn’t always black and white. I had a hard time declaring my major and a completely different career goal in mind. Once I decided to study nutritional science and become more active in the gym, it was not a hard decision to make. I chose to continue school and pursue a second Bachelor’s degree at Michigan State University to become a Registered Dietitian and help others lead a healthier lifestyle. The gym is a place that always makes me refreshed and stronger each time I go. I am so excited that I found something I truly enjoy and can’t wait to see what the future holds!
What Will I Be Doing At AFS?
My goal with Applied Fitness Solutions will be to ensure that every AFS member has an enjoyable and uplifting experience. I hope that bringing more positive energy to the team will allow others to feel as comfortable and welcomed as I did when I first walked in the door.
Outside of AFS
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I love to travel and try new things. Volunteering is also something I have always been involved in. I think it is very important to give back to the community and put in time where help is needed. The gratitude from participating in these different experiences has definitely shaped and molded the person I am today, and I am so thankful for that!
