Liverpool Strength & Conditioning Performance Training


 Why Strength Training?

Liverpool community! Time and time again, we find athletes that participate in consistent strength training are less likely to experience injuries on & off the field.  While improvements in strength, speed, quickness and agility (markers that are also directly affected with strength training) are important, we believe availability is the most important resource.  We are excited to complement Liverpool’s program with smart and specific strength training to better develop our athletes for the physical demands they experience on the field.

The Format

Athletes who enroll in this program will attend one day per week strength training session starting 1/6/2020 and ending 3/9/2020. Before program creation, athletes will undergo movement screens unveiling any existing dysfunction in strength, stability and mobility of the major joint complexes.  After data has been analyzed  programming will be specified to address the needs of the athletes as a whole.  Athletes will train with their teams and will be monitored, cued, and corrected by an AFS strength coach at all times. The aim of the program is to give each player the foundational strength and movement skills they need to continue to improve as soccer players.. Most importantly, this program presents an opportunity to build the infrastructure for life long healthy habits in relation to physical activity.  The program will be conveniently delivered and managed using the app Volt, to allow for maximum engagement and appropriate progression.


Payment is accepted as a one time in full payment at the bottom of this web page. Please be sure to select the correct team/time slot in the drop down menu.  If you have more than one child enrolling, you’ll need to fill in the form for each child separately.

Missed/Unused Sessions

Due to the heavily discounted nature of this offering, AFS cannot forward, re-imburse, or refund sessions. The $175 payment covers the entire experience with a “use it or lose it” policy.
