My180 is a comprehensive health transformation program that combines expert coaching, nutrition guidance, and tailored exercise plans to help you feel empowered, confident, and capable.
Kick off with your Health Coach to map out your exercise plan and assess your fitness. Then, meet with your Registered Dietitian to craft nutrition strategy customized from you.
Follow a custom exercise plan onsite in our classes. Guided by our Exercise Physiologists, they'll fine-tune technique and ensure safe, effective workouts - every workout.
With regular check-ins and adjustments from your health team, we progress your plan to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals!

Adam has certainly put me back on track with exercising on a regular basis. He helped me establish goals that were realistic and took into consideration all the other factors I have in my life such as raising two teenagers and working full-time. Most importantly, Adam has given me guidance with implementing a few healthy habits in my daily life which I believe has had the greatest impact on my fitness journey.
Following a couple difficult arthroscopic surgeries, I had lost focus on my health and wellness. I just wasn’t able to sustain any recovery effort prior to the my AFS program. The metrics, accountability and know-how that come with my program were pivotal in building the momentum I needed to get back in shape, and to enjoying working out again. Blake [my fitness coach] worked with me from getting started and in a routine, to a mix of more challenging exercises that work for me. All the AFS trainers and staff provide great support and encouragement. I would recommend AFS to anyone for anyone that needs extra attention in getting going or leveling up.
Thanks to the incredible support, and direction, I receive when I work out at AFS. AFS has helped me in numerous ways. The most obvious, to me, is that I’m feeling stronger and certainly more flexible. As an older person it’s essential that I stretch, build muscle and maintain flexibility (and balance) and all of the workouts that Patrick [my fitness coach] has designed for me incorporate exercises that assure those things will happen. A Health Coach is more than just a trainer—they have an advanced degree and certification in health and wellness coaching. This allows them to take a holistic approach to your well-being vs. a myopic one. Our coaches work with you to create a sustainable plan that fits into your life, not just another short-term fitness routine.
An Exercise Physiologist has an advanced degree in exercise science and specializes in designing evidence-based exercise programs for both general health and medical conditions. A Personal Trainer typically holds a certification and focuses more on general fitness and workout programming. At AFS, we prioritize exercise physiology to ensure you get a safe, effective, and personalized approach to your training.
A Registered Dietitian (RD) is a licensed healthcare professional with a degree in clinical nutrition and dietetics, trained to provide evidence based nutrition therapy for various health considerations. A Nutritionist is a more general term that doesn’t require specific credentials or licensing. Our approach focuses on evidence-based nutrition coaching to support your fitness and health goals in a sustainable way.
We understand that fitness can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve had negative experiences with gyms in the past. Our space is designed to be free of judgment, welcoming and provide a sense of compassionate stewardship towards your health goals.
