Strength

62 classes a week

Strength Training is a 1-hour class where you use your customized workout to improve muscular fitness such as strength, muscle mass, and function. Multiple degreed and nationally certified Fitness Coaches provide oversight to ensure you’re performing exercises safely and effectively. Our clients refer to this class as “group personal training.”

Circuit

16 classes a week

Circuit Training is a high-energy, 1-hour class that is led by a degreed and nationally certified Fitness Coach. Each day provides a unique and different workout including cardio and strength-training components backed by handpicked tunes to keep you moving, burning calories, and improving your body composition. Every movement has 3 modification options for all experience levels.

BioCircuit ™

No class times, walk-in format

Biocircuit™ is a 26-minute smart machine workout which remembers the work you perform, and adapts to your posture. All you need to do is check-in at the kiosk and follow the directions, perform the workout and you’re on your way to another level of results. Our members love this convenient option as a supplement to their strength programs.

Joining our community means you’re investing your time, trust, and energy into our team. We don’t take that lightly. We give everyone 90 days to meet our team, meet our members, and try the workouts to ensure they’re in the right wellness place. If the feel doesn’t resonate, we’ll give you a full refund and do our best to help you find a better local fit.

Personal Training

Personal Training is the highest level of accountability & oversight. This service is for those who need guidance and coaching around specific goals, or have medical issues that require a high level of supervision. You will receive 1 on 1 training with a degreed and nationally certified Fitness Coach to oversee every set, rep and movement.

Weight Management

We provide nutritional coaching through our 16-week weight management program, guided by an AFS Registered Dietitian. The program is clinically proven to reduce your body weight by 15%, and help you keep it off for good.
