AFS Member Guide

We keep this short, simple, and human –  just how we like it. Below are the key items you’ll want to know so you can get the most out of your AFS experience.

Class Sign-Up & Cancellations

We get that life happens. Just keep us in informed:

  • Sign-Up Window: Reserve your spot up to 30 days in advance (or even right before class if there’s room).
  • Cancel Window: Need to cancel? Do it at least 24 hours before class starts. Late cancels = $30 fee.  We’ll always make exceptions when the “life stuff” shows up (wake up sick, childcare needs, work emergency, etc).
  • Appointments: For My180, Health Coaching, or Personal Training, same rule – cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Less notice = session lost or fee charged.


Membership Holds, Changes, & Cancellations

Plans change. We get it, just let us know properly:

  • Deadline: All holds, changes, or cancellations must be submitted by the 25th of the month prior.
  • Holds: Must be in one-month chunks (no mid-month pauses).
  • Active Class Spots: Members on hold are removed from class rosters to free spots for others.
  • To Cancel: Email us at kemper@4afsfit.com or use the link on our site. Cancellations take effect at the end of your paid term.

Drop-Ins & Extras

Looking to bring a guest into town to experience AFS?

  • Drop-Ins: $30 per session — automatically billed when you attend.
