Most fitness programs give you a trainer. We give you a full team of health experts, because real change takes more than workouts alone.
Your journey is guided by three key professionals:
✔️ Health Coach: Supports your habits, motivation, and provides accountability
✔️ Registered Dietitian: Creates the nutritional prescription to support your health & fitness goals
✔️ Exercise Physiologist: Designs and guides you through your workouts, maximizing your results
Together, they build a plan that fits your life and walk with you every step of the way.
Your Health Coach keeps the whole plan connected to your real life. They’re the “quarterback” of your entire care team. Through regular check-ins and coaching, they help you build lasting habits, overcome obstacles, and stay consistent so your progress sticks for the long haul.
Our Registered Dietitian helps you simplify your dietary strategy, manage your weight, and improve your energy. This is all without fad diets or rigid meal plans. You’ll get expert, evidence-based nutrition support that fits your life and your health goals.
Your Exercise Physiologist can be thought of as your “Doctor of Exercise”. They create your personalized exercise prescription based on your fitness level, orthopedic history, and goals. They’re not just showing you how to lift weights. They’re guiding your entire movement plan so you build strength, prevent injury, and feel better every day.
A: Your care team supports you throughout your journey. In your first 6 months, you’ll have weekly touch points with your Health Coach and Registered Dietitian virtually. You’ll see our team of Exercise Physiologists on the workout floor multiple times per week, as they’ll be supervising your exercise routine.
A: A Registered Dietitian (RD) is a licensed expert in nutrition and behavior change. They don’t just tell you what to eat, they help you build a sustainable approach to fueling your body, improving energy, managing weight, and navigating specific health concerns. All with science-backed guidance and zero judgment. Learn more about our Registered Dietitian here.
A: While anyone can call themselves a “nutritionist,” a Registered Dietitian is a credentialed professional with a Masters Degree in nutrition, extensive clinical training, and a national board certification. In short, all dietitians are nutritionists, but not all nutritionists are dietitians.
A: A Health Coach is your guide and accountability partner. They help connect the dots between your workouts, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle. Think of them as your personal health strategist, problem-solving with you and helping you build life long habits to make health behavior change “stick”, once and for all.
A: While personal trainers focus primarily on exercise, a Health Coach takes a broader, more holistic view. A Health Coach also a degreed and credentialed professional that holds a national board certification. Check out the blog we wrote, breaking down the difference between the two roles.
What makes us different is not just what we do, it’s how we work together to support you.
This team approach makes your health plan more effective, more personal, and more sustainable.
